Blueberries in Liqueur

Ingredients

2 3/4 cups Blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed with juice) = 1 pint
1 cup Heavy cream
3 tablespoons Liqueur, fruit-flavoured (like Grand Marnier, Strawberry Liqueur or Blueberry Liqueur)
2 cups Strawberries, fresh = 1 pint
4 Peaches, fresh and ripe, pealed, pitted and sliced
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions

In a large bowl, cobine the fruit with 1/2 cup of sugar and the liqueur.

Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

Just before serving, whip the heavy cream amd beat it into peaks.

Serve the fruit in dessert dishes or ling-stemmed glasses.

Garnish with the whipped cream.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
